INITIAL CONSULTATION
$390
(60 minutes) Takes place at home, school or kinder. Involves gathering information from the parents, relevant educators and observation and assessment of your child.
$290 + $100 summary report (including the scoring of any assessments completed)
(50 minutes): At home, school or kinder. Intervention work directly on the goals identified.
Notes taken following session and sent to parents/caregivers.
STANDARD CONSULTATION
$193.99
(75 minutes): Available for goals that require more time, particularly physical based goals or intensive programs.

long CONSULTATION

Travel is calculated at the NDIS rate of $193.99 per hour from Torquay. Minimum 5 minutes (Torquay based clients). Maximum of 30 minutes one-way or 60 minutes return ($15.52-$193.99)

Non-contact admin (including VSM creation, phone calls, resource development): calculated on increments of 15 minutes and above- $193.99 per hour.
We provide services under the National Disability Insurance scheme (NDIS) for those that are plan-managed or self-managed. We also provide services under a chronic disease management plan (CDMP) which if eligible, can be received from your GP or paediatrician.
