Cosy Corner Kids OT is a mobile paediatric practice that provides occupational therapy support to children and their families living across the Surf Coast, Geelong and Bellarine regions in Victoria. We are NDIS registered.
We work with ages 0-12 years and with any presenting condition or diagnosis. You can access us in person or via telehealth services for video self-modelling clients.
WHAT IS PAEDIATRIC OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY?
Occupational therapy is about helping children participate to the best of their ability. Sometimes children face physical, sensory or cognitive challenges, impacting their daily function. OT uses a holistic and strengths based approach, and works closely with families and teachers to meet the child’s learning needs; whether it be at home, school or the community.

EMOTIONAL REGULATION
Help by teaching tools and strategies to manage the emotional demands of the day.
SELF CARE SKILLS
Developing independence skills such as dressing, grooming and routines.
FINE MOTOR SKILLS
Assistance with tasks such as writing, drawing, and manipulating objects.
SCHOOL READINESS
Help prepare for the academic, social, & emotional demands of kindergarten or school.
SENSORY PROCESSING
Discover sensory processing needs and how that relates to learning and function throughout the day.
SUPERVISION
Supervision sessions for any newer OT graduates seeking some support.
